Our service is available in metropolitan France. Outside the Île-de-France region, we cannot always provide furniture assembly.
If you have a project outside the Île-de-France region, please write to us at hello@airnest.com so that we can confirm the available delivery options.
To confirm a rental application, you must be able to provide the following documents:
- A valid form of identification
- Proof of address
- Proof of income (pay slip, tax notice)
- A bank account details document (RIB)
A security deposit will also be required. It will be returned to you at the end of the rental period (except in the case of damage to furniture not resulting from normal wear and tear).
Installation times are 15 days in the Île-de-France region. They can, of course, be longer if you wish.
An additional delay is possible for installations outside the Île-de-France region.
Your presence at the home on the day of delivery is essential to let our delivery personnel in and to report any issues with the condition of the furniture.
You have 14 days to request a return (purchases and rentals).
For rentals, if the request is made after this date, it will be treated as an early termination of the rental.
No problem. We recommend that you book for the minimum duration of your stay. Contact us as soon as you know more to extend the rental agreement. We will adjust the rate downwards as part of a longer rental.
You can purchase the furniture you are renting at any time.
Contact us at hello@airnest.com. A proposal based on the initial price, minus 80% of the rent already paid, will be sent to you by email.
You have 4 options:
- Extend the rental period: we will adjust the rate to the total duration of your commitment with us (the future subscription amount will then be lower).
- Swap certain items: no problem, the service is free. Contact us to arrange the swap.
- Purchase the items: we will provide you with a written purchase offer, equal to the initial price of the items minus 80% of the rent already paid (excluding damage not related to normal wear and tear of the items).
- Return the items: we will come to collect your items free of charge within a maximum of 10 business days.
